Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) today confirmed Akshaya Gardens as a VUDA approved housing layout and informed it to us officially.
We introduced our most prestigious mega real estate housing layout project Akshaya Gardens and done lot of development on site before applying for the VUDA approval. VUDA received VUDA approval application request from us on February 17, 2016 and visited Akshaya Gardens on April 4, 2016 officially. The officials of VUDA completed the process of Peg-marking satisfyingly.
Finally, VISAKHAPATNAM URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (VUDA) issued VUDA approval to Akshaya Gardens by assigning L.P No. 106/2016. Therefore, Akshaya Gardens become a VUDA Approved Housing Layout.
